Alpacas of Nottingham Hollow

Alpacas of Nottingham Hollow, located in historic Caroline County, Virginia, is in the business of breeding alpacas of quality, color and fine temperaments. In business since 2004, we began by researching and purchasing our foundation herd.

Realizing just how important it is to become educated in the many aspects of alpaca ownership we do our best to promote alpacas and the industry through our participation in several organizations. We are members of the Alpaca Owners & Breeders Association, The Alpaca Registry, and are founding members of the Virginia Alpaca Owners & Breeders Association having given many volunteer hours to VAOBA and our fellow Virginia farmers through our service.

Our motto: “Service & Commitment Worth a King’s Ransom” – With great pleasure we offer support to our clients through mentoring after purchases or as part of our agistment services. We go the extra mile and remain available for unlimited consultation regarding anything alpaca.

A visit to our farm will give us the opportunity to share our thoughts with you on some of the do’s and do not’s of alpaca farming that we have learned along the way.
